How to place an order?
It's easy to place an order with us. Once you have found the product you would like to purchase:
Click into the item, select the quantity and click add to basket to put the item into your basket. When you have finished adding items to your basket, you can view your shopping basket and go to the checkout or continue shopping.
When proceeding to checkout you will be asked to register with an account, or as a guest user, and after this step you will need to enter your billing (and separate delivery details if required). You will then need to select your preferred delivery method. You will need to check the details of your order in this screen, and then check that you have read our T's and C's. At this stage you will be asked to 'Confirm and Pay'. This will direct you to a secure payment interface, allowing you to pay using your PayPal.
Can I add personalisation to my order?
Yes we decorate all our products in house with either embroidery or print solutions. Check out the embroidery & print guidelines HERE for further information.
Can I return My item?
If you would like to return an item you will need to request an item returns authorisation by contacting one of our customer support team. You can do this by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01773 742968
You will be asked to provide some brief information around the nature of the return before submitting. A member of our customer service team will then come back to you via email to process the return with further instruction.
- We reserve the right to reject any and all embellished/customised products. Please read the relevant site Returns Policy for more information.
- Please do not send back items that have not been authorised for return. If we are unable to accept the return, we will need to arrange to have this returned, which will incur an additional charge.
- If you are unsure please use the returns authorisation process, and our team will notify you whether we can accept a return.
